Using the service
Serendipity is provided to invited networks and their members. You agree to use it for genuine relationship-building and not to scrape, resell, or repurpose member data.
Accounts
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your credentials private and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Content and intent
You retain ownership of the intents, notes, and context you create. You grant Serendipity a limited licence to process this content solely to operate the product for you and your network.
Acceptable use
No harassment, spam, or coordinated outreach disguised as serendipity.
No attempts to deanonymise other members or extract the graph.
No reverse engineering or interference with the service.
Availability and changes
We're in active development. Features may change as we learn what serves networks best. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes.
Liability
Serendipity is provided as-is during this onboarding phase. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
