Serendipity is a relationship layer for curated networks. This page explains what we collect, why, and the controls members and networks have.

What we collect
Account basics — name, email, and the network you belong to.
Relationship signals — intents you choose to share, interactions you record, and context you add. Members control what is shared and with whom.
Operational data — device, session, and product telemetry needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
To power the four core interactions: follow-ups, briefings, weeklies, and introductions.
To improve product quality, debug issues, and protect the network from abuse.
We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising on member content.
Sharing inside a network
Intents and relationship context are only visible inside your network, and only at the granularity you choose. Network operators can see aggregate, anonymised health metrics — not private member messages.
Your controls
Export, edit, or delete intents at any time.
Leave a network at any time — your private graph leaves with you.
Email us to request a full account deletion.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics). A full list is available on request.
